The absolute worst business experience I have ever had. Customer beware! Promised 16 weeks to get building and put it in the contract then emailed me a few weeks out and delayed it months and months I asked for my deposit back and they refused even tho they were in breach of contract. Then threatened lawyers.
Then magically get the building to me on time. Had issues with material quantities and left me handing on an incomplete build.

Very unprofessional, he is a fast talker and will tell you one thing then turn around and so say I didnt say this or that, charge is 28k for some architectural drawings in which I never received the finals! Was told that 11k of our down payment would go towards the the cost of the building and to lock in a price at the 1st initial meeting then he got the money and said something totally different, but it's still other stuff I can post that he said but changed up once he got the money so on my end we are talking with a very good construction attorney that's says we have a very good case so with that being said use or dont use him at your own risk you have been warned!!!
