My building was put up a little after our plan date this is understandable though. A hurricane came through just before time for my install. Everything in that area was flooded so I completely understood. They did come out a little later and did a wonderful job on my building I've had it almost a year now with no complaints no leaks I am very happy

Will tell you short lead time to get your deposit. Mine almost doubled after I told them my pad was ready. They said of course lead time changed after several months but the new company I am using will be here in 3-4 weeks….

They want 60% before the building is delivered ( after more research didn’t find another company requiring that) I asked for references after I paid deposit never got them.

Was told “no one wants to do a referral unless they are paid by gift card” I guess new business isn’t worth a couple gift cards…

Don’t make the same mistake I did , Read the contract carefully .

They won’t pay back my deposit. when asked what the deposit was actually for“ it was just to hold pricing”

Do NOT use this company! After they've received my deposit, they do not call back to schedule. Elite car ports and Strong Steel buildings don't coordinate with each other since they screwed up my order. I still am not scheduled and my building STILL has not been corrected!

Overall I'm mostly satisfied with the building. The crew who installed worked really well and into the night hours. I feel they rushed the installation of the building. Had a little trouble getting the approved drawings from them but finally did recieve them.
One corner of the building, the trim was out of line. Couldn't see it until the next day due to it being dark but very noticeable in the daylight. The first time I tried to open the door the handle fell off. I will be replacing that with a better handle. The other door handle had a screw broken off in it. You can tell they tried to cover it up. Found many screws on the concrete and ground that i needed to pick up to keep from getting a flat.
I also asked the gentleman that was using the forklift to not turn it hard and make marks on the concrete, he didn't do that. He was also told from the contractor working on the house. The building is good for the most part but they lack some professional skills. I will be contacting the company to see if they'll fix these issues and if they do, I will redo my review.

When I started the process of purchasing a metal building I did not know how much I customize it to my needs. Adan and his Strong Team were very helpful and helped me obtain my 1st metal building in IL. I received alot of quotes from others but beware of cheap quotes as they were trying to cut corners on my building. Adan was upfront about everything and his pricing was reasonable. We will continue doing business with the Strong team.
