StruXure PNW

Explained everything thoroughly , job well done!

Efficient, polite, friendly. Answered all our questions and cleaned up debris. We love the new pergola. Thank you.

Oz is great!! They redid my deck and backyard and we couldn’t be happier. They also give a fair price. Great crew, they were pro’s end to end. Big shout out to Christine, she designed and communicated on slack throughout the project.

Michael and Izaya were fabulous. The install went off without a hitch. They were prompt and friendly! I was kept informed through out the whole install process. I’m so excited to enjoy my screened in patio!

This review is for the pergola and team who installed it. So far I’m very happy with the service received. BT and his team worked very hard to get the main structure up before the holiday weekend, which was much appreciated! Crew members were all pleasant to work with and cleaned up the area each night before leaving. I appreciate their professionalism as well as their kindness.

The structure itself is beautiful and I’m excited for the finished product. It seems to be excellent quality and I can’t wait to see how it helps keep the area dry when it rains. I’ll update as things progress but I’m very happy with my purchase at this moment.

The shades are super cool. My only gripe is they have to mount the shades level to the ground. Houses are built with a slope in the back to help with run off. This means if you are putting shades straight out from the house, they have to leave a gap at the top, instead of mounting flush. I didn’t understand this fully and thought it was the installers doing a poor job.

Update as of November 2025- Though the product is very expensive, I am happy with the way the mechanical shades work at blocking the rain from the back patio area. If only I had one more shade, the area would be more enclosed. The only concerns I have are during storms with high winds. The structure is bolted to the concrete patio and you can hear the shades whipping. I’m always nervous the shade will cause the structure to get ripped out. Nothing that dramatic has happened and I usually put the shades up a little to take pressure off the unit. Very glad I made the investment in this product. Added some photos of completed job.

Perhaps you should require that reps for your company driving vehicles with your logo on them follow traffic safety laws, like not being on their phones looking down when they change lanes without looking up to realize that traffic lights have changed and oncoming traffic now has possession of the lane they merged into without looking! If this is how you allow employees repping your business to conduct themselves, I don't know that I would have faith in your company to do quality work within state safety guidelines.

Mike, Kenny, and Andrew were fantastic! Great guys to install a fantastic product! We are so excited to have this!
Sharon and Greg Busch

Donte was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure and, very professional!

Patrick and Kenny were terrific and a delight to have at our house during the install. Very professional and courteous. They left the site tidy at the end of every day.

We had a great experiences with StruXure PNW. From the sales rep to the install team, and even their service team after installation, they’ve been very helpful and attentive. We consider the space a 3 season deck add on to our house and use it all the time. Keeps water out, our pergola has retractable screens on two sides, is attached to the wall and has one open side - with the heaters and screens closed we can increase the temp 10-15° which makes it usable in Seattle well into fall and early spring. Would definitely recommend their products.
