Superior Construction and Design

Superior Construction and Design operates as a licensed general‑contractor‑led design‑build firm, guiding each project through a clearly defined sequence that starts with a focused consultation and ends with a client‑handed final binder. After an initial 1.5‑hour meeting with owner Elizabeth Scruggs, the team signs an agreement, collects a retainer, and proceeds to on‑site measurements and photography. Detailed floor plans, elevations, and material selections are then developed over several weeks, followed by a presentation of estimates and furnishings for client approval. Orders are placed, budgets reviewed, and construction or renovation work begins. Throughout the build, the crew coordinates trades, installs cabinetry, lighting, and window treatments, and completes furniture styling. The process concludes with a client reveal, a walk‑through to address any deficiencies, and final project closure.
