We did a 40 x 40 building in the backyard. The guys did a great job putting it together and we are very happy with the building, inside and out, as well as the service received. My only complaint was how much the equipment tore up the yard while the building was going up (we had to fill in holes with about 40 bags of dirt and mulch afterward), but that was pretty much to be expected.

I ordered a 20x30 off of Facebook marketplace place on 09/24/2025 from Avery with superior commercial. I told him when he took my deposit I needed up by November and he said that’s not an issue. I got a message from Avery that they would be out the week of November 10th the week prior only to get a call from 5 star buildings stating that I was moved to November the 21st. I told scheduling that I would be out of town that day, holidays and she said that they would try to get me back on the schedule in January. I called Avery on Friday November the 14th and he said that’s he can’t control 5 star and that he was going to check with another manufacturer to see if he could get it sooner. I haven’t heard anything back on that however I did order the same building from good hope ga and it was up in 2 weeks. I have asked for a refund and they refused, I disputed charges and they say that I signed a contract and will not refund even though they still to this day have not reached back out with a scheduling date. I would be very careful ordering from here, hard lesson learned.

After checking with numerous metal building suppliers we decided Superior Metal Structures & Concrete were the most economical. It was a pleasant experience from our initial contact with Christina in Kinston to the installers. We were made aware of each step of the process. We requested a change after the installation had begun and the site manager made it happen. We will definitely be a return customer if the need arises.

Superior Metals concrete and building crews did a great job erecting our building. The were quick but the work was done right. We have no complaints.
