About five years ago, I was building a barn house They quoted me all the materials for the skeleton of the frame of the house They said that it was on backorder and it would be three months before they got it When they finally got it, (we held up construction of the house waiting on them) They came back with a price that was $19,000 higher than they original bid Today I called and asked if they had “weld on chain hooks” They said yes, we have plenty. I drive 45 minutes over there and they said oh we thought you meant “fence wire clips”. That’s not even close to the same thing. A hour and a half wasted timeNeedless to say I will never shop here again. This company is completely worthless.

I will never spend another dime with them again. They were the highest that I priced out but said they could get my building ready faster so I was willing to pay the extra. Now they have pushed back my order that I paid upfront for weeks past when they said it would be done.

Only reason I give one stars because you can’t select zero. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a supply company messed up order and I called to have them correct it before it was processed and they would not. Will not use again

Walked in for corrugated metal roofing. 4 people walked by me standing at counter. Nobody acknowledged me or said I'll be right with you. .

Adam and the team at TBS are great to work with. Dirt work took much longer than expected and they were very patient and understanding with me. I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them.
