Techno Metal Post is an outstanding company and product. I had a floating deck design with 12 posts that were close to an existing structure in a very remote location. I researched the standard sonotube frost-depth method but determined it would be a major physical and time effort and require coordinating 3-4 different services (post hole digger, concrete delievery, etc...). I emailed TMP and Jeremy responded promptly. After a few very clear and fast email exchanges we set a date for about a week later. Install happend exactly on time. Posts all went in within 6 hours. Install team was great, easy to communicate with, made some minor adjustments that I requested to make sure my posts lined up, and left the site clean as though they were never even there. Post-install Jeremy has answered a few questions about the posts promptly and has been really helpful. A great company and great technology. The install happened up in the Catkills western peaks where the soil is very rocky but they were able to install with no problem (they were able to avoid some tricky rocks). All my neighbors were interested and also impressed with the process. I can't recommend this enough especially if you are doing a homeowner-installed deck or fence. Also seems crazy more independent deck contractors don't go with this. The cost is right when you take into account the intense time savings (plus engineer stamped documents). Also the hardware they provide make building the deck considerably easier. But even aside from the technology itself, the owners are responsive, friendly, good communication. Nothing but good experience.

Just six months after Woodchips Construction, Pine Bush, New York finished building our home, one of the front porch concrete support piers started sinking. Techno Metal Post installed 3 helical piles raising the pier about 3 inches. I highly recommend Techno Metal Post due their expertise, quality workmanship and integrity.
