Great building for an even better price! The delivery was what really set them apart though. The young gentlemen were extremely professional and polite to a level rarely seen today. They were quick, efficient and did a great job and made sure to line it up with other buildings so it looked like it belonged. The leveling job was perfect and it doesn’t move an inch. Absolutely recommend them whole heartedly!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the portable Graceland building that I purchased from your company. The runner on the building is twisted, causing the entire structure to be unstable and unsafe. Despite numerous attempts to have this issue fixed, your company has failed to address the problem.

I have contacted your customer service department multiple times, and each time I am met with excuses and delays. I have been told that the twisted runner is a common issue and that it is not covered under warranty. This is unacceptable. I paid good money for a quality product, and I expect it to be in proper working order.

I demand that you take immediate action to fix the twisted runner on my portable Graceland building. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take further action to seek a refund or replacement. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and quality control from your company, and I expect better from a reputable company like Graceland.

Purchased a 10x12 approximately 5 years ago. Very professional sales. Delivered and set up without issues. Been thru many storms and is still solid. No leaks. I recommend Texas Strong to anyone. Excellent.
