The Brooks by Lombardo Homes

Since its founding in 1961, The Brooks by Lombardo Homes has grown from a single‑family community in Warren, Michigan, into a family‑owned builder of new‑construction homes across the Midwest. Today, the Lombardo team brings more than six decades of craftsmanship, integrity and customer‑focused care to the Columbia, Missouri market, operating out of Brockton Dr, Columbia, MO 65201, United States.

The company’s legacy is rooted in a family‑run approach that extends to every project. Lombardo Homes maintains a close‑knit culture in which each team member’s success contributes to the whole, allowing the builder to address challenges collaboratively and keep a consistent focus on quality. This philosophy informs the design and construction of each custom home, where attention to detail and adherence to the original values of the founders guide every decision.

In addition to building new homes, the firm manages land acquisition, development and lot sales, giving it a broad perspective on the residential process. Though its origins are in Michigan, Lombardo Homes expanded to the St. Louis region in 2011 and now constructs more than 160 homes each year, a scale that supports the delivery of personalized service in the Columbia area.

Clients seeking a custom home builder can expect a builder that blends long‑standing family tradition with modern construction practices, offering a reliable partner for turning a vision for a new home into a finished residence.
