The Construction Company

The Construction Company works from a builder‑led design studio that blends clear planning with solid execution, ensuring every project moves from concept to reality without unnecessary delays or cost overruns. By developing layouts and construction drawings that prioritize buildability, the firm coordinates with licensed engineers when structural review or engineering stamps are required, so plans are ready for approval and construction alike. Certified and insured as a Building Contractor (License #CBC1269659), the company offers residential improvements such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, patio enclosures, home additions, and accessory dwelling units—including tiny‑house designs—throughout Volusia and Flagler counties. Founder Peter Good brings decades of hands‑on experience, beginning in a family contracting business at age 16 and later augmenting that background with formal studies in engineering and architecture. This blend of practical knowledge and technical training enables the team to anticipate common renovation challenges, manage weather‑related scheduling issues
