Beware of this company. I ordered a advertised structure and that was not what I got! They switched up the building completely. They sent out another company to install that didn’t speak a word of English, they came days late and on a holiday weekend so there was no one to communicate with. The manufacturer did not inform the installers of the correct foundation and we had to try to figure out what they needed and run around to different hardware stores wasting a lot of week day hours. I am beyond disappointed in this company.

This company only handles the sale and take your deposit. Then you’re stuck with TOL buildings and they do not do what they say. No communication unless you call repeatedly. No customer care at all, just people in call centers who do dot care and do not call you back.
My building is overdue, and they just tell you whatever they need to in order to get you off the phone. Terrible just a terrible experience.

Contacted a sales member requesting info on a monthly special to be emailed with no response. Also filled out the request more info form on the website with no response still...I guess they dont need my business..or money..or recommendations..

Huge shout out to Mr.Joe for making the buying process so easy and was able to answer any questions I had with the process at anytime I called!! Would recommend him to anybody in the market for buying a building!! Great guy and great company to buy a building through titan metals of Dublin!!!!!

Buyer's beware. They get you business and sell it off to a 2 star company to install. When problems arise they don't respond

Awful company. They sell your account to a 2 star company then tell you they tried to help and there's nothing you can do. We've been sitting on a crooked building that's not safe according to the building inspector since October 2023. I've had to contact an attorney to get some answers. For your peace of mind don't do business with this company. It's always the manufacturer's fault
