Despite a lot of negative reviews. I had a good experience. Ordered from Elba in September, building came and was built on 10/22/25. They worked in the rain and wind and got this 24x36 up in a day. The crew was professional and did a quality install. My only complaint which really wasn’t a big deal to me was the amount of screws everywhere. I picked up close to 100 screws from my lawn and in the building. I’m a roofing contractor so I happen to own a few high power magnets. They did attempt to pick them up but it was 9:30, dark and I told them I would do it. Thank you for coming thru as promised! Love the garage

Their service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a building in June on a 4-6 week lead time. They came in September and put up the building. They still haven’t come back to finish the anchors and garage door. This is October 11.

These guys were amazing! I truly can’t say enough nice things. They exceeded our expectations & were kind , efficient and clean.

I couldnt be happier with my buildings. The customer service was wonderful and kept me updated on everything. The installation crew were hard working, polite, sweet guys. We had a lil communication issues. But my neighbor was from Honduras so she helped with communication. I had 3 guys put up 2 large building in 2 days in this alabama heat. Keep up the good work. Awesome job.

Great quality car port, skilled installers.

Very happy. Crew was good, professional, cleaned up site very well. Took 1 full day and then half of the next. We did do two tone and 2 entrance doors and vertical metal which does take a bit longer. Very good experience and will highly recommend to everyone we know

From ordering to building complete. This company is excellent. The 3 gentlemen that built my building were polite, professional, efficient. Worked 12 hours and cleaned up all around building. Very satisfied would recommend to anyone. THANK YOU!!!!!

The most unprofessional place I’ve called over 20 times no answer and I emailed them worst company out there hope they go out of business

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my carport, I wouldn't have done it, so if you're thinking about it-DON'T. They subcontract the installation to crews who travel around the country putting them up as quickly as possible. They dragged, dropped and kicked the materials, the roof panels were kinked and forced in to position, screws carelessly installed sometimes missing the cross member and overhang is uneven by inches and too much to support snow load. The mobile home anchors not installed because their tool broke so they put in straight pins, screws on the ground under the carport and in my driveway and they even left a hole in the roof from a screw that didn't catch anything. After a week attempting to contact them, I have not received a response.
