Description

Homeowners, property managers and small‑business operators looking for a dependable gutter solution in the Newburgh, NY area can rely on Top Notch Seamless Gutters. Based at 131 N Fostertown Dr, Newburgh, NY 12550, the company serves the historic East End district, the Route 300 corridor, Balmville, and surrounding Hudson Valley neighborhoods, providing both residential and commercial rain‑gutter services.

Since 2005, Top Notch has installed and maintained seamless aluminum gutters—available in 5‑inch and 6‑inch K‑style profiles—as well as copper and half‑round options. Each system is fabricated on‑site from a single coil of .032‑gauge aluminum, eliminating the joints that commonly cause leaks. The installation process includes a free on‑site estimate with roof‑line measurement, pitch and drainage assessment, custom roll‑forming, hidden hanger placement, properly sloped downspouts, and a final cleanup walkthrough.

In addition to new‑construction installations, the team offers routine gutter cleaning to keep the channels clear of leaves, snowmelt and debris that can threaten roofs, siding and foundations. Their experience with historic homes in the East End Historic District means they understand the architectural review requirements for exterior alterations, while also handling modern homes and commercial properties along the Route 300 corridor.

Eric and his team came and put up black gutters on my house and I could not be happier! I am getting my siding done and my contractor found them and they came timely to get it all done at the same time without delay. They were punctual with their start time, professional and very friendly even with my busy 4yo wanting to jump in and help! I highly recommend these guys! I lost my husband 1.5 years ago and have met plenty of not so nice people so when I have a great experience, it is extremely important to me that people know!! Extremely pleased!! Also the gutters look amazing!!

Dealing with Eric, Mike, and TJ was effortless. They were professional, provided a detailed estimate, reasonable pricing, arrived on time, and even helped troubleshoot a 50 yr old house with a downhill slope and unique back deck drainage flow issue. They were done in 3 hours! Absolutely recommend.

Eric and the guys did a great job on our project. Very professional and responsive. They even fixed some bad roofing for us. A lot of contractors would use that to nail you for big extra charges, but Eric was really cool about it. Nice to have real pros on the job.

Just had these guys do the gutters. Very professional operation. No upsale. Quoted a price and stuck to it. I rarely ever recommend a contractor, but I have no problem recommending these guys. You would be a fool to use anyone else.

Great person.

Couldn't ask for a better gutter install/replacement experience. Highly recommend. Professional, high-quality work, super nice, fair price. Mike responded to my call immediately, estimated the job in days, scheduled the work within a week. Eric did the work himself with an assistant.
Solved my wet basement issues (from old, inadequate, too small gutters) with new 6" gutters and larger downspouts with extensions he strategically positioned based upon the slope of my lawn. Bone dry basement ever since.

Waited for several rainfalls to post this review to be sure I could say that. I foolishly should have done the gutters years ago, such a small investment for such an enormous benefit.

My next door neighbor saw what I was doing and had them replace his too, he had the same problem as me and gutters solved it. He also got the leaf guards as his trees clogged his gutters and cleaning them constantly was more than he could keep up with. Again, huge benefit with a small investment.

Life advice, replace and maintain your gutters!
And go right to guys who just do gutters, they are the best and the fastest because they focus on one thing and do it right.
I guess I have to say "Top Notch" is an apt name for these guys!!!
