Kevin and the team at Tristate pole barns installed both of my pole barns. Kevin was very professional and responsive. His expertise in the design and build process is what sets Tristate apart from every other company. I will be using them again for my next project. Highly recommend!

Tri-State Buildings was a pleasure to work with for the construction of our 30X60 building. Kevin worked with us in the early stages with the design and the many changes I requested to get to the end design. From there Daryl took over as the project Manager, we finalized the colors and other details before the project started. The excavators "On-Track Excavating" from Manheim were the 1st on site and did a super job clearing the site and stock piling the dirt without destroying the rest of my yard in the process. The footer and poured walls were next and Concrete Walls Unlimited completed this very well. We had heavy the night before the walls were to be poured, knowing the path across the lawn would be difficult the brought in the concrete pumping truck to get the concrete to the building area again not making a giant mess and saving the lawn. After removing the forms and back filling after a few days the building was started a Wednesday morning, the Tri-State crew was run by Daryl's son and was complete by early Friday afternoon. The weather was perfect for the construction, the crew picked up trash at the end of each day and it was a pleasure to watch as I was the onsite supervisor. The poured concrete floor done by E.L Martin from Reinholds turned out great. Daryl kept in touch with me almost daily to inform me of what was going to be happening and when it was scheduled. The area was finished graded and gutters and down spouts are being installed as I type this. The only thing needing to be installed are the garage doors that are about a week out. I have no doubt the installation will meet my approval. I am very particular with all things that surround me, I am very happy with everything and everyone involved with this project. The attention to detail is what sets Kevin and Tristate Buildings apart from other companies. It is extremely evident that customer satisfaction is a high priority and from start to finish Kevin made sure the building and the building process was done to achieve an end result that met expectations with no unexpected surprises.

We used Tristate around 7 years ago to build a 6000 sq ft metal garage and they did a wonderful job. Kevin walked us through the process at the beginning and when things were slightly delayed he notified us in a timely manner. Building came out great. Last year we decided to build a 9000 sq ft metal garage and decided to use Tristate again because they did such a good job the first time. This time, because of Covid we had issue with getting an electrical panel but that wasn't Tristate fault it was purely a supply issue. Everything has been fine since. We dealt with Kevin from Tristate and he was strait and to the point, just the type of guy I like to do Business with. They promised and they delivered!!!!

I have had Kevin build several buildings for me in the last 12 years. Everyone was a different challenge and challenge was meet by Kevin and his crews. Buildings are well designed with lots of discussion so when completed the building is what you want. When they give a date to start being ready because they like to build when scheduled and come and do a fantastic job from first hole in ground to last yard of concrete is poured. When they are on sight, they keep everything cleaned up and do a great job of communicating if I as the costumer have questions or want something changed. Will be using again to build and would recommend anyone who is wanting to build give Kevin a call to get the process started.
