True Aluminum

We contracted True Aluminum to screen our Lanai. Jennifer from True A. worked closely with us as we added new flooring and got approval from the HOA.

Today September 2, 2025, we were scheduled to have the work done. The installers arrived exactly at 8AM and were done by 12N.

Installers J.J. & Amanda did an excellent job. They were very efficient and cleaned up after they completed the job. They left us with just one task, to enjoy the new lanai.

JJ & Amanda are an asset to True Aluminum and should be commended.

Top-notch service from True Aluminum! “V” and Aaron did an outstanding job installing gutter guards on our 7-inch super gutters over the pool area. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, provided photos, ensured everything was cleaned out, and even took care of a clogged downspout. From scheduling to completion, the experience was seamless and professional.

They installed patio covers & pool cage, about 2,000 sqft of enclosure. They built the cage on site and got the whole thing done in 3 days with a crew of 4 guys.

The workmanship is top notch. Everything is straight and tight. They sealed all the connections to the existing roof and house with the right color materials, well applied caulk lines, etc. Could go on. Thank you. Our installers were JB and Mack Finn.

Update: we had many leaks. They came out 10 times but still leaks. Is what it is

I had a great experience with this company. Krysta was a pleasure to work with. Kept me up to date on next steps and moving permits forward. Once the city approved the permit, my lanai was extended and screen in 2 days. Aaron, AJ, Austin and Greg took care of the install and was very professional and detailed in working with us.

If you are you looking to put up a screen room i highly recommend true aluminum. They came in to save the day after the hurricane. The workers were always professional. Krystal always communicated on the progress of our cage. Garrett was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We are very happy with our pool cage . I would call true aluminum first.

In September of 2023 I had a major disaster happen at my home. My patio porch fell down ripped siding of my house and was pushing water towards my home. When the insurance decided not to pay for it I reached out for quotes and immediately I felt like a customer and not just another quote or job. This was in December 2023 I got my bid. We ended up being ready to do the job June 2024 and Krysta was amazing each step of the way her communication was top tier. We ended up having them fix the siding on the house put up a 3” insulated patio roof with 3 ceiling fan beams and rescreened the pool cage. The crew that came out was very professional. Their names were Curtis, Finn and Caleb let me tell you they worked for 3 days straight were on time and cleaned up. It passed inspection first time and I could not be more happy with the way it turned out. The patio is better than it was to begin with. Thank you to the true team for taking great care of us
