TYL Construction Inc is a good fit for property owners and developers who want a single, experienced firm to handle residential or commercial building projects from concept through completion. Based in Ormond Beach, FL 32174, United States, the company offers turn‑key (stipulated‑sum) contracts, cost‑plus arrangements, and construction‑management services, allowing clients to choose the delivery method that best matches their budget and schedule needs.

Founded by Lloyd Davis, a second‑generation Daytona Beach native with more than 38 years in the construction field, TYL Construction draws on extensive experience that spans simple repairs, new additions, remodels, and larger‑scale work such as churches, schools, office buildings and high‑rise condominiums. The firm emphasizes traditional craftsmanship: crew members sign and date their work to demonstrate personal responsibility for quality.

TYL’s approach balances a clear, fixed‑price proposal for stipulated‑sum projects with the flexibility of cost‑plus pricing when scopes evolve, and it can serve as construction manager for owners who wish to be closely involved in selecting subcontractors and vendors.
