There is a reason Worldwide is the industry leader in steel buildings. Wendy has been very attentive and professional the whole way through. You know how some vendors seem interested in what you need until you pay them then they are like a ghost? Not worldwide and certainly not Wendy. Every question I had has been answered and every concern put to rest.
This company responds and helps through the whole process. Their videos are very helpful and informative guiding the process from start to finish. My county is among the most difficult to get plans through plan check and there was no problem with this building, my engineered plans breezed right through.

I ordered a building in Jan 2021 to build an airplane hangar in Montana. The price was good, the delivery was on time, and they were amazing to deal with. I built the building myself and was impressed with the quality of the materials and the design.

Early in the process, my experience was above average. The opportunity to meet with the sales team, layout and agree upon a design and get building cost went quite well.

Where things went dramatically south was when I asked for referrals for companies to erect the building. I was provided a couple of recommendations by the sales rep, and I reached out to a builder I knew had done work with WW Steel. The sales rep asked me to put her in touch with my builder so they could get alignment on building specs, materials, etc. Unfortunately, this came back to haunt me.

When the sales rep started communicating with my builder, she took it upon herself to share the erection quotes with the other builders, even going so far to reach out to a third contractor and sharing the bids with that contractor providing cost details from both the first recommendation plus the builder I found.

This completely undermined the ability to work freely and collaboratively with builders and eliminated any negotiation power undermining the entire process. An absolute misuse of trust and completely inappropriate for the manufacturer to share what should have been competitive bids with the various builders/steel erectors.

I cannot recommend WW Steel based on my experience.
