I like the building, having seen one before purchasing mine. The thing I didn’t like was they padded my bill by sending me all this stuff I didn’t need and also over selling me parts that I did need. My bill would have probably been thousands of dollars cheaper had they not ripped me off. And the standing seam roof system that I purchased from them is not a true standing seam roof. Do yourself a favor and buy the roof separately from a local roofer. Not only will it be five thousand dollars cheaper but it will be a true standing seam roof. ***EDIT***
After posting my review I was contacted by Mr. Samir Ghousheh who is the CEO of WorldWide Steel Buildings. He called me personally and wanted to assure me that they take these reviews seriously and he wanted to find out what happened with my building and how they could make me happy, in that they wanted me to be happy with my purchase and my building. I informed him that I am very happy with my building. The design and quality is what I expected and my building is exactly as I imagined. We talked about the extra supplies and materials I received and he made a good point; that the extra screws, bolts, caulking, clips and such is built into the upfront price and although I know I paid for them I shouldn't feel cheated because this is to ensure the construction continues seamlessly during erection of the building, especially if you are paying someone to erect it for you. As for the extra materials we had left over from the build Mr. Ghousheh made a good point. Maybe the material wasn't supposed to have been shipped to me and that it belonged to a different project and was mistakenly loaded on my trailer. Of course I will never know but is something that he was happy to be made aware of because it does cost the company money and raises the price on all our buildings. Mr. Gousheh and I talked about a few other business ideas and when we where through I think we were both satisfied with the resolution of my gripes. I would definitely buy another WorldWide Steel building, especially knowing that my concerns are the companies concerns, and that if there is an issue the company will try and make it right for you to the best of their abilities, which is what we all want from a company who's product we purchase in good faith and with certain expectations.

WWS worked with me patiently over several months while developing my plans numerous times. They made it easy to process the order and delivery was quick and accurate time schedule to receive.
The system gave us some flexibility in design and construction. Cost for this type of construction was at least 40% savings over stick built type of construction. Well pleased.

Our building is everything we hoped for it was delivered on time and with the perfect amount of material to insure completion without extra costly trips.

We ordered a three car garage and everything was great. All the parts fit perfectly. Wendy was very helpful in getting the order through quickly so we could try to beat the snow. Would definately use them again if I need any other buildings.

I contacted the company for a barndominium. The sales rep can't keep an appointment to obtain your business and make a phone call. Then he attempted to tell me 10 different steps it would take for them to engineer my building. Other reputable companies got back to me the same day or within 24 hours with a solid price, engineering, and a total under roof. NOT IMPRESSED with this company. I did call them two years ago and had the same issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was the sales rep. Nope! Call their competition, you'll be much happier and they will get you into your new home with quality materials in half the time.

Poor product, lack of customer service, and no warranty support. I would not do business with this company. Avoid their recommended installer as well. Rust everywhere and there is “nothing they can do about it “.

My experience with Nick Lundsten was amazing and continues to be, he has been incredibly helpful in all aspects, made the purchasing, shipping and delivery, and every and all questions I have he always has answers for.

The whole company experience when communicating with anyone there, you are made to feel like a friend more than a customer.

I purchased a 40x73 Barndominium from Nick last year, the build quality is great, the parts were all included along with all bolts and hardware - no issues along the way and I have the whole building erected, World Wide Steel Building's standing seam roof installed, and now installing the final windows and siding.

Never once was there an "up-sell" or change of pricing from what we agreed upon or what I was told. Nick was able to give me all the contacts I needed to design the plans, etc.. The whole process was incredibly easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

HIGHLY recommend not only World Wide Steel Buildings, but Nick Lundsten as well - If you're in the market or planning to purchase one, definitely give Nick a call!
