After getting the install started and completed...3 months it took to finish. While gardening I saw several shades of white, calling for weeks, leaving messages sending emails. Having appointments and no one shows up for repair. I need someone (Matt) to show up after appointments are scheduled...call me and get here to repair all of the mismatch of the material/flat paint/gloss painted /fingerprints on the gutters and downspouts.

ZTK did a great job putting a new roof on my house. I have recommended this company to several of my friends. I am planning to use them again for new gutters. Great bunch of guys! Hard workers! Elizabeth Smith

Hired ZTK on four occasions, three of the jobs were done well and in a timely manner. However, the last work they did for me looked awful and was left unfinished. Despite many promises by Matt the owner (which in hindsight I discovered were just lies) of coming back to correct the problems they never did. I’m now in the process of hiring another company to make the necessary repairs.

Outstanding work! They were putting a new roof on a neighbors house, which I needed done very badly... I talked to Matt and he and his crew came the same day they finished my neighbors. I am very happy with the turn out! I did not know anything about getting this work done and felt my questions and concerns were brushed off when getting quotes in the past. I think Matt sensed my hesitation to ask questions, he sat down with me and explained everything so I understood and until HE knew I was confident in my purchase... without making me feel like an idiot ;-) The whole process I've had anxiety about went so smooth and easy.

Did a wonderful job! I appreciated the flexibility and patience I needed due to other unrelated issues. I will use this company again and recommend them for sure!!

Replaced roof and siding. Did a great job, very professional and paid attention to details. Highly recommend!
