I had a great experience with American Metal Buildings and sales rep, Jonathan. He answered all my questions and was always available to do so in a timely manner. So far so good as I just made my deposit today.

Jonathan Medina made it so easy to order my new garage. He originally called me and took my order after hours!! He made instant changes to my drawing and was quick making sure we were able to complete the order before the holidays. I would very much work with this company again.

Amanda was super helpful through all processes of the purchase. From design, to financing, to final purchase. Awesome character and very pleasant to speak with.

Jorge did a fantastic job guiding me through the process to get my building started and answered all my questions. So far the process to get the building ordered has been great. Appreciate all your help Jorge.

I ordered a custom building which took longer than expected to get quoted which was mainly because the drawing software did not allow the modification I wanted to be displayed. That caused other issues with the rest of the changes. because of that we had to figure out ways to deal with it on the quote (which has the drawings).
We finally figured out a way to quote the building with all the requirements and specifications. The pricing was very good with the black Friday discount and was less than the other quote got.
Amanda Vargas was my rep and very responsive with communications and helped to get all the changes added to the quote.
One negative item I noted was the terms and conditions on the actual contract had a requirement (any modification including adding electrical or plumbing voided the warranty). While they would not change the T&C's they did agree to provide a waiver for electrical and plumbing installation.

Working with Daniel on our custom build has been a great experience. He double checked that all of our requests were correct on the drawings before sending over the contract. I would highly recommend American Metal Buildings based on Daniel's outstanding customer service. I will update this review with photos when our new building is completed in a couple of months.

I would like to share my experience with Jason Preslar at American Metal Buildings and Front Line Steel on the purchase and installation of my 40' X 16' X 12' steel building. I had contacted several companies for a quote and Jason was the first to respond, in less than a day! Over the next couple of days I received a few more quotes, all pretty close in price.

Jason followed up first to see if I had any questions which I had several. As we emailed back and forth, I always felt that he was listening closely to me and was genuinely interested in my project. I made a couple of changes which he responded to within a couple of hours. Then more changes, again, very quick response. I ended up choosing to go with Jason and the company he recommended. He did have the best price by a few dollars but much more importantly his service to me was 110%! In the many times I had questions or made changes I always felt like I was his only customer and my project was at the top of his list.

The company he recommended, Front Line Steel, also did a great job. Their installers were 100% professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job, quick and neat. As I watched them work it was like a real team! There were three of them and each knew exactly what to do and when. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

I highly recommend Jason and Front Line Steel, the company he recommended! I proudly give both 5 stars and I would definitely choose Jason again for any future projects. Thank you Jason!
