As far as working with sales Renée, she was outstanding as far as dealing with scheduling horrible horrible communication. The crew was good very messy. I had a 24 x 40 with a 10 foot lean two 10 x10 garage doors there are so many things that need attention I sent pictures in the one 10 x 10 garage door was too short. It took them two weeks to come back and replace it, but I figured that they would address the issues that I took the pictures of which they didn’t all of the screws that have the end caps don’t even penetrate the steel bars the screws you’re too short I sent pictures I mean even the lean to leaks Nobody wanted to take the time to help me. It was like they got their $13,500 and that was it as far as sales goes this place is outstanding everything else about this place horrible communication. I’m just so disappointed now I have to fix all these issues on my own because they basically got their money and ran with it even though they came back to fix my garage door you think they would fix the issues that I sent pictures in about, but that didn’t have anything to do with the door. You would think dealing with a company spending thousands and thousands of dollars that they would want to help you but you call in and you’re on hold for 10 to 20 minutes I mean come on I don’t think I’d recommend this company to anybody I would’ve given it five stars all day long. Had the communication been better and not dealing with a bunch of women that just don’t care I it would actually be nice to speak to somebody that knew what they were talking about.

Reasonable price. Horrible communication, months of scheduling delays. Leaking windows, no responses to rectify, poor customer service.

Received a response after leaving this review, said middle of November, then dec 1st, now Jan 1st. More of the same as the install.
