The experience was less than positive. Time line was to be installed in 8 weeks. Talked with them after 8 weeks and was asked to wait another 4 weeks and they will discount price. 6 weeks later it was installed with a whole $50 knocked off a 5600 building. If you want something done when promised don’t use them.

My beautiful new garage built by longhorn!! Then i asked longhorn to match a 10ft addition for my building. Mind you they built the original, had the prints, i sent them pictures what i wanted. They pulled the prints to get roof color right, and never looked further!! The garbage in the picture of my addition is clearly visible, a floor support trip hazard, not in the original structure, exposed down supports, no trim!!!! This is not acceptable for a professional company, they refuse to talk to me, other than saying nothing can be done!! This is a 10 ft addition and i paid the full price of a carport20x20, thinking ok its a little pricey, but it will match and they will do a good job.WRONG!! Look at the picture and you tell me, would you be happy with this Mess???? Dont tell me tell them thank you!!

My buildings turned out great. The whole experience was great. From customer service to the guys installing the building. They definitely take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. If not they will do whatever is needed to make sure they are happy when the job is done.

The crew they sent to put my building up was great and knew exactly what to do and the ladies in the office kept me up to date on when it would be on site. I’m planning on buying an another build shop and I’ll sure go back with them. Thanks for all the help

Beware of of this company. They start off all well and good. Provide drawings and you get your permits. Then they say they will be there on a certain date and they don't show. Then they say they will be there on a date and time and 2 hours late. Then they build your garage and assuring that it will be built to THEIR drawing. Building inspector comes out and it fails in several areas due to it not being built to THEIR drawing. The building inspector calls them and tells them the issue. 3 weeks later and I am still getting blown off and they are too busy keeping on building subpar garages and taking the money from the ones they screwed over and not fixing the customers issues. As I write this, THE DAY AND TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE, 2 hours late and the companies dispatch can not reach the contractors! Nor can I. I called and asked for the owner of the company...well... he cant be reached or bothered. I wonder why? Hmmmmmm

Very happy with the QUALITY of this carport.
The crew was prompt and orderly with set up.
I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a custom made carport.
