Pioneer Log Systems Inc.

With more than three decades of experience, Pioneer Log Systems Inc. has built a reputation for crafting custom log and timber‑frame structures throughout Tennessee and beyond. Operating from 181 W Kingston Springs Rd, Kingston Springs, TN 37082, United States, the company manufactures and distributes a variety of heavy‑timber products, including log homes, post‑and‑beam residences, timber‑frame barns, architectural posts, beams, mantels, and engineered timber trusses.

Their log homes and timber‑frame houses are constructed from eastern white pine, Douglas fir, western red cedar, cypress, oak, and reclaimed timbers, offering durability and a distinct aesthetic. Timber‑frame barns—ranging from horse shelters to event venues—are supplied as precut kits with mortise‑and‑tenon joinery, hardwood pegs, and detailed construction drawings for straightforward on‑site assembly. The same precision applies to their custom trusses, which are designed to meet both structural and visual requirements of each project.

Pioneer Log Systems emphasizes a hands‑on approach: each component is labeled and shipped ready for assembly, allowing builders and owners to focus on finishing rather than fabrication.
