Ben delivered our unit and did an excellent job setting it up where we requested. Very knowledgeable. The shed is made of good quality. Highly recommend.

Mistake in placement required me to inquire on price to move shed. Wanted $450. Offered $350 because I just had shed delivered. Invoice for delivery charge "Delivered, Leveled, & Anchord per Manufacturer Engineering $180" Willing to take the hit on $180 again. Not $450 (Discount $350) (Response)Yes mistake in placement was mine. .My point is I am relegated to an industry standard for profit. $180 sure would have covered transportation and labor for an hours work. Customer satisfaction is more valuable than short term profit.

Probably Structures gets 5 stars from me in all categories. Kelly, the person I worked with in the office, was friendly, professional, timely, organized, and a joy to do business with. She worked with me on my time-line, which was pretty quick. I couldn't get the exact color I wanted because it would have had to be special ordered but the one she found me on the lot was very nice and, actually, a bit larger for less money. Charles, the delivery and setup person, was efficient, knowledgeable, and did a great job. He was also personable! The shed is very well built. If I ever need another shed, Probuilt has my business!

Her knowledge was amazing and you could hear that she enjoys her job even over the phone. Quality, rapid delivery. I held off posting a review because I wanted to see if there are any issues after setup. I looked at many sheds offered by Lowe’s, Home Depot, none stacked up to the quality of the one I purchased. The interior framing is all metal, as is the roofing, and siding; no concern about termites, wood rot etc. They are easy to customize to your specs. The delivery, and setup, was quick and easy. For the money there is no better shed on the market.
